University of Nebraska right side hitter Sarah Pavan was honored by the conference office Monday, as she was selected the Big 12’s Player of the Week for Nov. 13-19.The selection marks the second time this season and the fifth time in her career that Pavan has earned the Big 12’s weekly honor. The reigning Big 12 Player of the Year, Pavan averaged 7.67 kills on .557 hitting, 1.17 service aces and 1.67 digs per game in sweeps of Texas A&M and Baylor. Pavan recorded 23 kills and hit over .500 in both matches last week, recording her sixth and seventh 20-kill efforts of the year.
