Last night, first year Husker coach, Doc Sadler suspended sophomore guard Jamel White for the remainder of the season.  Neither White or Salder would say why, although coach Sadler said it was not for academics.

I won’t begin to speculate on what it could be as I don’t want to spread around rumors etc that aren’t true.  If anything does come out of it, you will hear it here on Nebsports.

Jamel did say that he planned on being back with the team next year if given the opportunity.  Coach Sadler really didn’t have much of a reply to that, other then he would have to think about it at the end of the season.
