Aleks Maric had a career night tonight against Kansas State as the senior center scored a career high 41 points leading the Huskers to the 74-63 win.  Maric’s 41 points come in second on the all time Huskers list.  He couldn’t quite get passed sharp shooter Eric Piatkowski who had 42 points.

Kansas State seemed to have control early in the game but as the game went on they begin to get into early foul trouble and never had an answer for Maric.  Big bear Huggins was seen on the sidelines throwing a fit more times then once, so that was great to watch

Will the Huskers be able to keep the momentum rolling?  We will have to wait and see!
