Dan Hoch who has been a Nebraska commit for over a year has decided to switch his commitment to the Missouri Tigers and follow the path of other ex Husker commits. While it is a tough pill to swallow losing Hoch, the Huskers did replace his scholarship with another offensive line prospect out of the state of Texas.
David Grant of Killen, Texas accepted a scholarship offer by the Huskers today. Grant measures in at 6′6 and 280 lbs right now. Grant was an Oklahoma State commit first off, and then an Iowa State commit before saying yes to the Huskers.

Dan Hoch is friends with Blaine Gabbert…I like what Bo Pelini said we want players who want to come to nebraska.
It will be interesting who does better in the future David Grant or Dan Hoch.

I wouldn’t say we are trading a stud for a dud. You never know how David Grant or Dan Hoch will turn out.
