Solid class. If these guys progress and are inherently winners that lay it all on the line, they can contend. They might be champs. There are studs in this class and if those guys are leaders and push the players around them to excel, good things will happen. There are also some sleepers in this class that might be very good to great players as well. Graham Stoddard is one guy to keep an eye on. He knows the tradition, he’s got some pride and he might be the type of linebacker needed to put some pop back in the Blackshirt defense, there are others as well. Overall it’s a good class. They might have enough talent to turn the corner. Given how things went down this offseason this might be just what we need. Some gritty guys with some heart that pull off some wins and set the record straight. If that happens real Nebraska football will be back again. Yes, the one where you play TACKLE football, the feel it for weeks Nebraska. I can’t wait.

Nice class! Hope Lil Red rebounds from all the drama in 07. Hopefully, Lil Bo Peep-llini can right the John Deer in 08.
No excuses when CU rolls…..again!
Just a reminder…Darrell Scott, Jon Major, Lynn Katoa, Ray Polk, Shaun Mohler..etc..and oh by the way Bryce Givens.
Go Buffs!

Just a thought I couldn’t help not posting. I still love Richie Incognito and Bill Callahan is a fool. We need more players like him. What an aggressive trench-fighter. He will always be a Husker!!! As for Colorado, I love buffalo… for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You suckers are going down and you just don’t know it. Classy showing when we kicked your ascaps in Boulder with a suspect coaching staff at best. Wait and see what happens when we ALLOW CONTACT IN PRACTICE (that just sound so ridiculous to have to say, BC sucks). Not even the announcers wanted to go near your ignorant a$*es as you all were being ejected. You’re just lucky beer money talks. You should have been fined for your infant level unsportsmanlike conduct and general stupidity, not to mention the risk to the players WHO ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME!!! I’m glad you you want to talk because it just adds fuel to the fire and quickens your demise. Only a shi%#y second-class program like yours picks a class program to have a problem with to lend yourself credibity. Even your uniforms suck. I actually have respect for programs like Texas, LSU, Oklahoma, USC etc. because they just are who they are without the B.S. but you guys are just incredibly stupid. Trust me, we’ll be back, except this time… the weapons will actually be loaded and we’ll hand it to you even worse this time. Savor the flavor. GO BIG RED!!!
