Nebraska Cheerleader Katie RockwellHusker Nation, the Nebraska squad needs your help! Katie Rockwell is in a competition with other cheerleaders from around the country and she needs every vote that you can give her! Katie is representing the Big 12 conference in the first round and if she wins, the entire cheerleading squad gets things to help out their program.

Voters can register for free (and it’s easy) online at www.athlonsports.com/spirit  Everyone can vote 20 times per day, per account.  Voters can also vote on a Facebook account 10 more times a day, through the Sideline Spirit application. Every little bit helps and she would GREATLY appreciate the widespread support!

As if right now, Katie is in second place and only 3000 votes behind. Let’s all help out the cheer squad Huskers fans and place as many votes as you can!

    Come one people you have to help her win. I am in the Air Force and currently deployed in Iraq. If I can find the time to do this so can you! This is my second time being deployed over here during the huskers season. So, as you can imagine. It is a pain… So show some love to the cheer squad that always is there for our team.
