I’m going to keep this pretty short today as it is Valentines Day and all. The Cornhuskers traveled down to Columbia, Missouri and were rolled by the Tigers by the score of 70-47. Yeah the Huskers lost by 23 points on the road. A cold shooting day and a second half where they could not play defense turned the game into a blowout and dissappointing loss for the Huskers.

The Tigers got way to many fast break points in the second half and the lack of a big man down low hurt the Huskers I felt. This game sure doesn’t help the Huskers chances of making the big dance come March that is for sure.
