Wow, talk about a shocking development in Lincoln today as rumors begin spreading around that senior high school running back David Oku from Oklahoma has enrolled into school at Lincoln East. It had been rumored before that he was dating a girl that he met on his recruiting trip to Nebraska but nothing was for certain. Now it appears that it is indeed true and he has enrolled into school at Lincoln East.

Oku had eliminated the Huskers earlier in his recruitment but who knows where the Huskers stand now. We know that the Huskers are short on scholarships as it stands and they have already got a commitment from running back Rex Burkhead. Would Pelini and staff make room for Oku if he wanted to sign with the Huskers?

   Yeah, it is true. The rumors about her being pregnant are false though. Those are just vicious rumors. But her name is Kaitlyn Zoellner and she’s a freshman at UNL. The papers say he’s living with his “sponsor family” but that’s not true at all (first hand knowledge). He’s actually living with Kaitlyn at the links. Is that even legal? Not sure what the NCAA implications might be…
