The others will be played at the NU Coliseum.
Tickets for the doubleheader range from $20 (courtside and lower bowl) to $15 (upper bowl) and can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or by phone in Lincoln at (402) 472-1212. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Nebraska Student Union, Younkers, Pershing Center or any Russ’s Market.
The University of Nebraska announced that tickets to the April 14 Red-White Spring Football Game are available for purchase beginning Wednesday. Tickets are available at Huskers.com and can also be purchased by contacting the Nebraska Athletic Ticket Office at 1-800-8BIG RED.The Red-White game is the first chance to get a glimpse of the 2007 Huskers. Nebraska returns 13 starters from last year’s North Division championship team.
For the first time in several years, Memorial Stadium will be at full capacity of more than 80,000 for the spring game. In recent years, on-going construction has limited seating at Memorial Stadium, but Husker fans have turned out in large numbers for the Red-White Spring Game. The 2004 spring game drew 61,417 fans, the 2005 contest attracted 63,416 fans, and last year’s game drew 57,415 when the North Stadium was closed for construction.
The cost of tickets for the Red-White game are $8 for adults and $4 for youth (high school age and younger) and seniors. UNL students and children six and under will be admitted for free. UNL faculty and staff will also be admitted for free. Children wishing to take the Drug Free Pledge at halftime will also be admitted for free. Kickoff for the Red-White Spring Game is set for 12:30 p.m.
The AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic (buy tickets) announced on Sunday afternoon that the 2007 game will pair Nebraska against the Auburn Tigers. The 2007 Cotton Bowl is set for New Year’s Day with kickoff at 10:40 a.m. CST and the game televised on Fox.
Nebraska’s appearance in the Cotton Bowl marks the Huskers’ first trip to Dallas for the game in 27 years, dating back to a loss to Houston in the 1980 Cotton Bowl. Nebraska also appeared in the Cotton Bowl following the 1964 and 1973 seasons.
Auburn will enter the AT&T Cotton Bowl with a 10-2 record and ranked 10th in both the USA Today Coaches poll and the Associated Press poll. The Tigers were ranked as high as second in the polls in early October and own victories over second-ranked Florida and No. 4 LSU. Auburn’s lone setbacks this season came against Arkansas and Georgia. The matchup with Auburn will mark Nebraska’s fourth game of the season against a top-10 opponent, its most since also meeting four top 10 teams in 1995.
Nebraska owns a 3-0 series advantage over the Tigers, including a 13-7 victory in the 1964 Orange Bowl. The Huskers also defeated Auburn in the regular season in 1981 and 1982. Nebraska’s bowl appearance will be the school’s 44th all-time postseason trip, the fifth-most in NCAA history. Nebraska has played in several January bowl games in recent years, but this year will mark Nebraska’s first bowl game on New Year’s Day since a 24-17 victory over Miami in the 1995 Orange Bowl.

Huskers Tickets
I’ve been reading a lot of Nebraska Football blogs and message boards with people asking the same question over and over. Can anyone guess what that question is? Well it is… Where can I get some Nebraska Football Tickets?!ÂÂ
Lol, we all know that the games sell out fast in Lincoln. One thing you can do is wait 3-4 days before the game and check out Huskers.Com and see if the visiting team has sent any tickets back that they did not sell at their university.
The best option that I have found so far though, is going through StubHub or TicketsNow. These online ticket sites offer great support via email or the phone. You can easily check out the tickets that are available for single games or even season tickets! Don’t wait outside for the scalpers, buy online or over the phone from a trusted company like StubHub or TicketsNow. There are always tickets for games, and you can always find them at these two places I have mentioned. Now buy your tickets and lets support the Big Red!
