Nebraska football has got it’s 11th verbal committ for next year!  This time it is a speedy running back from the state of California.  Roy Helu verbally committed to the Huskers last night after praying and talking about it with his parents.  He loved his visit here and says that he will not be taking anymore visits but we shall see.  Roy turned down offers from Cal, Oregon, and BYU.

He accumulated 1,526 yards and scored 19 touchdowns on 186 carries for an 8.2 yards per carry average last year.  He also averaged over 16 yards on 30 receptions and added another four touchdowns receiving.
