The NFL draft begins Thursday night and we all know that Ndamukong Suh will be an early pick in the draft but there are some other Huskers who should hear their names called during the three day event.
Look for Suh to be picked up by the Lions with the 2nd pick in the draft but after that it could be a while before Phillip Dillard, Larry Asante and possibly Matt O’Hanlon are picked up by NFL teams. I’m heard Dillard’s name all over in reports from the second round all the way to the sixth round. Asante I’d imagine will be a fourth or fifth round selection. O’Hanlon will probably be a un-drafted free agent if I had to guess but that might work out great for him as he and his agents can choose which team to go to based on their depth chart etc.
One thing is for certain, Thursday night will be exciting for all Husker fans as big Suh gets drafted right at the top of the first round. It’s been a while since we have seen from a Husker player.
Good luck to everyone and hope it works out for all players!

I can’t wait to see throw on the Lions uniform along with Vandenbosh. The two could create quite the stir on the defensive line!
